As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, we are looking for an energetic, driven, and passionate General Manager to lead the charge and ensure that the first UK location of Carl’s Jr. delivers an unforgettable experience for our customers and team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a Team: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver the ultimate customer experience, creating a culture of excellence and fun.
- Running the Show: Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
- Driving Business Growth: Increase sales with fresh, creative ideas and deliver innovative marketing initiatives.
