Carl\’s Jr. has been serving delicious, high-quality burgers and shakes since 1941. Starting with just $15 and a hot dog cart in California, Carl’s Jr. has grown into a global brand with nearly 4,000 locations across over 44 countries. In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Back of House Team Members to help us deliver exceptional food and service!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in both front and back of house. You’ll be the face of Carl\’s Jr., providing friendly and efficient service and ensuring guests have a great experience. You’ll assist with orders, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In the back of house, you’ll help prepare and cook high-quality burgers, ensuring food meets Carl’s Jr. standards. You’ll also maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and support smooth restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for delivering quality food and excellent service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or kitchen work is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
