Carl's Jr. has been serving up delicious, high-quality burgers and shakes since 1941. In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards.
- Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
