The role in a nutshell:
- Receiving & quality checking stock: When a new delivery arrives, you'll go through every single piece - checking quality across all our models and colours, flagging anything that isn't right, and making sure everything is properly organised and ready to go.
- Preparing orders with care: Every parcel that leaves our office is a moment we care about. You'll pack orders thoughtfully, making sure all the little details that make our customers feel special are in place.
- Managing returns, exchanges & outgoing post: You'll coordinate with our customer support team to make sure every parcel - in or out - is handled smoothly and with kindness.
- Keeping inventory accurate: You'll maintain up-to-date stock levels on our website and put together a clear monthly report so we always know exactly where we stand.
