We're supporting a major Finance Transformation programme and looking for a hands‐on Lead Business Analyst with strong finance process knowledge and experience delivering change in large, complex organisations. You'll lead BA activity across the programme, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and guide a small BA team to deliver high‐quality requirements, process design and UAT. This role suits someone confident operating in ambiguity, driving clarity, and bringing structure to fast‐moving transformation work.
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per year, 1‐year FTC, hybrid 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analysis across the finance transformation programme.
- Work with Finance, Technology and third‐party teams to define scope, requirements and future‐state processes.
- Run workshops, document functional and non‐functional requirements and map end‐to‐end finance processes.
- Oversee UAT planning, execution and support users through testing.
- Mentor and support a small BA team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in finance transformation (GL, AP, AR, reporting, controls, period close).
- Background in large/global change programmes.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.).
- Confident communicator who can work with senior Finance stakeholders.
- Strong analysis skills, workshop facilitation and UAT experience.
