Our client, a well-known global brand, is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their IT Application Development Team based in London. This is a key role that will bridge the gap between business analysts and development teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into technically robust and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements across internal systems.
• Translate requirements into detailed backlog items and technical documentation.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to support development and stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to enhance .NET‑based systems and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years\’ experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of .NET technologies, RESTful APIs, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
