We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support D365 changes as part of a new finance payment process implementation within a major transformation programme. Discovery work has already been completed, and you'll play a key role in taking this forward, shaping requirements, mapping processes, and supporting delivery in collaboration with a 3rd-party supplier. Strong senior stakeholder engagement is critical, as this change has strategic visibility across the organisation. You'll be comfortable working in ambiguity, translating complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, and supporting delivery through build, test, and implementation.

Key Experience

  • Proven Business Analyst experience on change or transformation initiatives
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping (as-is / to-be), and documentation skills
  • Confident facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with delivery teams and external suppliers
  • Dynamics 365 experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps
