- Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
- Offering guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers including members of the public, patients and staff.
- Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.

- Managing and responding to incidents including challenging situations effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
- Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team.
- Escorting/Restraining patients and ensuring their safety.
- Locating and assisting with missing patients.
- Responding to fire, intruder, and panic alarms.
- Providing security escorts and managing traffic flow.
- Conducting car park checks and maintaining equipment.
