Job Details
Location: Eastham, CH65 1AF
Hours: 4 on 4 off, including 2 x 8-hour shifts (9am-5pm) and 2 x 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) per week (mix of days and nights)
Pay: £12.62 per hour, paid monthly

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure colleague safety and provide assurance
- Drive company vehicle to conduct site checks along Manchester Ship Canal
- Maintain a visible, proactive security presence and deter crime
- Manage incidents effectively and professionally
- Control access and egress, conduct patrols
- Engage positively with the public
- Respond appropriately to hazards and incidents
- Provide guidance and information to customers
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Work collaboratively within a team
Candidate Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision license
- Full UK manual driving license for 2+ years with 6 points or less
- 5 years checkable work and address history
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and professional appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and motivated
- Experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to interact positively with clients and customers
- Must provide original documentation for screening (passport, driving license, utility bill, HMRC letter, bank statement, payslip, birth certificate, or share code)
