We’re looking for people who are

- Experienced in customer-facing roles or interested in building those skills.
- At least 18 years old – licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.
- Punctual, dependable, flexible, and assured.
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.
Previous experience in security is great, but if you’ve only recently got your SIA licence that’s fine. What’s just as important is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.We will provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Our goal is to help you to become a valued member of the Carlisle team.
Your core responsibilities will include
- Offering guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers.
- Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
- Being a smart, approachable, and proactive presence as a security representative.

- Conducting security patrols, managing access points, and deterring unauthorised activity.
