Overview
Matchday Steward – Carlisle Support Services, working in partnership with Manchester United Football Club. Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team for match/event days. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Pay and Hours
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Casual basis on match/event days with flexibility around other commitments. Minimum commitment of 75% of fixtures at the venue, with the opportunity to work a minimum of 20 home games per season. Football and events take place in the evenings and weekends.

Requirements and Training
As an event steward, you must hold, be enrolled on, or be willing to pursue Level 2 NVQ in Spectator Safety. The company will fund and enrol you on the course.
The ideal candidate
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Ideally some experience in events or customer care
- Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety, or willingness to obtain the qualification (funded by us)
- Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)
