The role:
Carlisle Support Services is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Administrator to ensure the business successfully delivers individual events through a robust resource planning process and Event Day onsite administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure fulfilment of all Events bookings, including relevant static contracts
- Provide a good level of communication to all Events personnel
- Ensure event booking information is accurate
- Fill and vend, as needed, all open positions
- Communicate relevant timing and location details to staff
- Ensure T&A system is accurate pre and post event
- Manage payroll and holiday process
- Order and communicate any travel needs
- Support deployment of Events personnel onto site security bookings as needed
- Manage all pay queries
- Input holiday requests
- Manage leavers
- Manage, as needed, client accreditation systems
- Deal with general staff queries
- Support Onsite Event days administration duties
The ideal candidate:
- Previous resourcing/admin experience
- Excellent communication skills – articulate and polite
- Excellent PC/IT skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
Location is Luton – plus covering London, Ascot and Cheltenham / weekend working.
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
