The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, working with our prestigious clients.

- Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
- Cleaning train interiors to the required WMT Presentation standards
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets
- Hoovering floors and seating areas
- Litter picking and emptying waste bins
- Wiping and cleaning tables, seats, windows and other interior surfaces
- Mopping floors where required
- Replenishing toilet and cleaning consumables
- Carrying out cleaning tasks within the allocated time to ensure trains are ready for passenger service
- Reporting any defects, damage, safety concerns or issues identified during cleaning
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
- Following COSHH requirements, health and safety procedures and site instructions
- Work effectively as part of the Train Presentation team to ensure all allocated units are completed to the required standard

- Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
- Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Driving Licence (not required for all roles)
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following:
