Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Events team, working with our prestigious client at their world-class venue. Overview
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance, information and directing customers as a first point of contact
- Providing an excellent level of venue knowledge and customer service
- Managing and following safety and security processes and procedures
- Monitoring and controlling crowds
- Preventing unlawful entry into venues
- Ensuring safe entry and exit of customers
- Checking tickets and accreditation
- Managing conflict
- Working as part of a team
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and always professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Ideally some experience in an events environment or a customer care role
- Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
- Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety, or willingness to obtain the qualification (desirable)
- Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)
Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
