• At least 18 years old – licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.
• Punctual, dependable, flexible and assured.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders with a CCTV Licence.
• Full UK manual driving licence required with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

• Offering guidance, information and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers including members of the public, patients and staff.
• Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
• Being a smart, approachable and proactive presence as a security representative.
• Managing and responding to incidents including challenging situations effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
• Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team.
• Escorting patients and ensuring their safety.
• Locating and assisting with missing patients.
• Responding to fire, intruder and panic alarms.
• Providing security escorts and managing traffic flow.
• Conducting car‑park checks and maintaining equipment.
• Handling and delivering cash securely.
• Performing driving duties as required.
