Location: Crewe, England
Hours: 40 hours per week (hours may vary by location with an average of 36 hours).
Pay: £12.60 per hour (paid monthly).
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards across facilities including washrooms and other public spaces.
- Keep all toilets clean, remove litter and spills, maintain tidy floors.
- Top up all consumables.
- Use a pump to unblock (training given) if needed.
- Carry out janitorial duties to the highest specification.
- Carry out general and specialist cleaning duties in line with the role.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly checked, used, and maintained.
- Record all work via a handheld device and report issues accurately.
- Comply with rail safety regulations and internal procedures.
- Remain flexible with working hours and willingness to travel.
- Sweep floors in waiting rooms and entrances.
- Empty bins and remove waste.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional appearance.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
- Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team.
- Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers positively.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
