Ulverston Parish Church (UPC) in Cumbria is seeking a Worship and Youth Minister to lead 50% Worship Ministry and 50% Youth Ministry. You will recruit and train volunteer musicians and AV teams, lead worship at services and events, and shape a long-term plan to disciple 11–18-year-olds through youth groups, clubs and outreach.
You will build relationships with local schools, provide pastoral support, and mentor young people.
