As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure a reliable supply of materials, goods, and services while supporting business objectives and operational performance.
You will lead supplier negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.
Working closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams, you will play a key role in strengthening supply chain resilience, supporting digitalisation initiatives, and contributing to CCM Europe's sustainability and procurement objectives.

To support the continued growth of our UK business, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across CCM UK.
What are you going to do?
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Deliver sustainable cost savings and value improvement initiatives.
- Manage supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply.
- Support procurement compliance and purchasing operations.
- Drive process improvements, digital procurement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop the purchasing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- CIPS qualification (or working towards qualification) is an advantage.
