This is a hands-on Second Brewer position at a well regarded, large independent brewery.
Responsibilities cover all stages of beer production from raw materials to final product, including brewhouse operations, fermentation and cellar management, plus cask cleaning, filtration, kegging and hygiene.
You will work closely with senior brewing staff and receive training in brewing and management skills; further qualifications will be supported.
