This role supports the coordination and delivery of ESG, product compliance, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will help ensure that sustainability and compliance requirements are translated into practical, embedded ways of working across the business. Play a key role in maintaining BRCGS certification, supporting our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), coordinating B Corp activities, and ensuring compliance processes, systems, and documentation are robust, well-managed, and continuously improving.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a sustainability, ESG, compliance, quality, environmental, or H&S role
- Working knowledge of BRCGS standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Exposure to Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ideally ISO 14001
- Experience supporting audits, compliance processes, and documentation control
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical actions
