Our client is a well regarded, large, independent brewery, which due to continued growth is looking for a enthusiastic Brewer to join the team.
The hands-on role entails all aspects of beer production from raw materials to final product, including:
- All Brewhouse operations
- Fermentation management
- Cellar Management
- Cask cleaning and racking
- Filtration and kegging
• Brewery hygiene The ideal candidate will have
- Commercial brewing experience and ideally, brewing qualifications
- Will be physically fit and highly motivated
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Ideally, knowledge of HACCP and H
