Timothy Taylor’s, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, is one of the UK’s most respected family brewers, producing high quality and nationally renowned ales. Their flagship brand Landlord is the top selling cask ale by value in the Country. The Company has a modest pub estate of two managed outlets and seventeen outlets run by business partners, as well as a wholly owned distribution operation which through flexible operation and high service levels delivers exemplary customer service.
In recent years the Company has been highly successful by focusing on uncompromised, high-quality, premium products supported by the best sales force in the country and a significant investment in marketing behind the Timothy Taylor Landlord brand.
Due to a planned retirement, they are now looking to recruit an Operations Director who will report to the Chief Executive and be a member of the Executive Committee. The primary role of the Operations Director is to lead our operations and transport team of 58 people, ensuring that the brewery continues to produce and package beers of exceptional quality while running a safe, compliant, and efficient operation, built on a positive, open, and meritocratic culture.
