Our Client has a passion for producing great craft beer and wants everyone to be as passionate about it as they are – and the brewing team are vital in this mission.

The successful candidate will lead the Site Brewing Team to achieve sustainable high performance in alignment with the needs of the business and the Company’s core values of safety, people, quality, service (Production) and cost.

Reporting to the Site Leader, the role is responsible for 4 shift leaders and their team members across a 24-hour 7-day operation.

As a member of the site’s Operational leadership team, the role will be critical in co-leading the site by enabling, coaching and driving the operational teams to Operational Excellence, and transformation of its Supply Chain and business.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  1. Extensive brewing knowledge with an excellent knowledge of safety standards and modern manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques.
  2. A proven track record of effectively diagnosing operational problems and implementing solutions.
  3. Excellent skills in leadership, development and training of your team.
  4. Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) to deliver and receive clear messages and information effectively at all levels and between different business functions.
  5. A passion for beer, quality, results focused on delivery and managing a successful team to produce high quality products consistently.
