The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will support Consultants and Partners in delivering high-quality executive and non-executive search assignments while developing deeper sector expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop research strategies, market maps, and competitor insights
- Drive end-to-end research processes with pace and rigour
- Source, approach and evaluate potential candidates
- Co-lead interviews and contribute to candidate assessments
- Prepare client-ready reports and participate in client update meetings
- Support Partners in business development
- Build and maintain firm-wide knowledge resources
- Mentor and support junior researchers
