My client, a boutique executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Associate to work closely with clients and candidates, delivering retained C-level mandates into Industrial and Consumer clients organisations by two highly successful Partners.
- Play an integral role in the delivery of mandates in the UK, Europe and Africa
- Supporting a Client Partner that wins mandates for you to complete, you will provide an exceptional client and candidate experience whilst developing your Executive Search skills
- You will work on C- and C-1 level opportunities in FMCG, Energy, Retail, and Manufacturing amongst others
- You will be a motivated and confident individual who can demonstrate well-honed research skills, has strong candidate and client management skills and is keen to get further experience
- You will be an exceptional relationship builder, be persuasive and operate with gravitas
