We’re working with a high-growth, specialist executive search firm that partners with ambitious organisations to appoint transformative marketing and commercial leaders.
Following a sustained period of international growth, the business is expanding its research team and looking to hire a Research Consultant to play a key role in delivering high-impact leadership search assignments.
The Opportunity
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where research sits at the heart of everything. This is a fast-paced, intellectually engaging role where you’ll contribute directly to identifying and assessing senior talent across international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end executive search projects from briefing through to delivery
- Conducting detailed market mapping and talent research
- Identifying, engaging, and assessing senior candidates
- Producing high-quality candidate reports and longlists
- Managing multiple projects with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Contributing to client interactions and search updates
- Building expertise within specific functional or sector areas
