We’re seeking a Vice President-level Consultant to join our high-performing Global Hedge Fund practice , with a focus on Fixed Income Portfolio Managers .
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment partnering with leading hedge funds across Asia, Europe, and the US. You’ll be joining an established team that collaborates across asset classes—especially Equities and Fixed Income—and plays a key role in delivering top-tier talent solutions to front office functions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with clients to provide market insights on hiring trends, compensation, and team structuring.
- Develop and manage relationships with top-performing Fixed Income professionals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
