Executive Assistant to Founder | Executive Search | Central London | Up to £60,000 + 25% bonus

A successful, growing executive search boutique is looking for an EA to its Founder. It’s a small, close-knit team working on senior leadership appointments for ambitious clients, based in modern offices in central London.

This is a real right-hand role. Your main focus is making the Founder as effective as possible, but you’ll also be the hub of communication for the whole team and involved in every part of the business. No two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the Founder’s diary and inbox, prioritising what matters and making sure he has everything he needs ahead of meetings
  • Arranging all international travel
  • Planning and running events from start to finish, including attendees and pre‑and post‑event communications
  • Leading the Founder’s LinkedIn presence, suggesting content ideas and keeping weekly posts on schedule
  • Supporting business development, working with the Founder on target contacts and action plans, and protecting time for it in his diary
  • Project managing search assignments alongside the consultants, keeping processes moving and running smoothly for candidates and clients
  • Managing document workflows, including engagement letters and ad hoc client reports
  • Running several initiatives at once and acting as an ambassador for the firm with candidates and clients

It suits someone who is exceptionally organised, comfortable steering a busy and driven boss, quick with technology and keen to use AI tools properly, and happy to pitch in wherever the team needs it. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN A SMALLER SEARCH FIRM.

The team is informal, warm and works hard. Hybrid, with three days a week in the office. Benefits include private health and dental, pension, Christmas closure and tailored development or coaching.
