My client, a high growth, global executive search firm based in Central London, requires an Associate to join their CPO & Hr Leadership Practice.

• Supporting Consultants and a Partner, you will lead the research on retained CPO mandates across industries
• You’ll work on complex CPO roles, identifying and attracting the best talent for clients in international locations
• You will understand and be proud of the important role research and headhunting plays in the successful completion of mandates
• In return, you will work in a highly meritocratic organisation that develops Associates through to Consultants and Partners, internationally
