A fast-growing executive search firm specialising in financial services. It works across credit, private equity, infrastructure, M&A, legal and compliance, and has offices in London and the US. The firm is building a data-led approach to winning new business, and this is a new role created to drive it.
The role
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Marketing team. The job is to turn what's in the CRM into insight the consultants can use with clients. This is a commercial role, not a customer service one. It's about using data to help the firm win more business.
What you'll do
- Pull and analyse placement data, such as time to hire, shortlist-to-interview ratios and interview-to-hire conversion, to support pitches and client proposals
- Turn that analysis into clear, usable material for consultants and create dashboards
- Spot gaps in what's being captured and recommend additional data the firm should record
- Suggest improvements to how data and processes are managed in the CRM
- Keep CRM data accurate and consistent
What they're looking for
- Around 18 months' experience in a CRM, data or analyst role
- A background in recruitment, professional services or another sales-led environment
- A commercial mindset, so you can see how the numbers help win business
- Bullhorn experience is a real bonus but not essential. Any CRM experience is valued.
- Confident presenting findings to senior, non-technical colleagues
The details
- Office-based 4–5 days a week initially
- Unfortunately, sponsorship isn't available
