An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Associate to join a growing Industrial executive search practice. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ professional experience who is looking to step into (or further develop within) executive search. While prior Industrial experience is helpful, it’s not essential. We’re open to candidates from exec search backgrounds, as well as high-performing individuals from contingent recruitment who are ready to make the move.
What matters most? Attitude. We’re looking for someone dynamic, driven, and collaborative, with strong academics and excellent personal presentation.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of sectors, with roughly 50% of your time focused on Infrastructure mandates, and the remainder across areas such as Energy, A&D, Manufacturing, and Business Services.
Base salary up to £60k. If you’re ambitious, team-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your search career, I’d love to hear from you.
