Associate Director – Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Leading Financial Advisory Practice A leading Financial Advisory practice is currently looking to hire a Associate Director into its Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence team. The role focuses on advising private equity investors and corporate clients across lower mid-market transactions, typically ranging from £5m–£100m EV , with particularly strong exposure to technology, software and broader mid-market growth businesses . This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused environment with significant exposure to live transactions, senior stakeholders and private equity clients. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements - Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital and key transaction drivers - Prepare financial due diligence reports, presentations and client deliverables - Support senior stakeholders throughout live transaction processes - Conduct sector, market and company-specific analysis - Interact directly with management teams, private equity investors and external advisors Requirements - Approximately at least 6 years of Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience - Strong exposure across lower mid-market private equity and corporate transactions - Strong financial analysis, accounting and Excel skills - Good understanding of M
