My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Senior Researcher to work closely with an experienced Partner in their Healthcare Practice. It is essential that you have previous Healthcare Executive Search experience for this role.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day-to-day basis you will attend client briefings, map target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with industry sources.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen to learn and be trained into a successful Associate and beyond. Over time you will become an expert in the field in which assignments are being conducted and specialise in UK Public Sector Healthcare roles as well as Global Private Sector roles at Managing Director and above.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. The successful candidate will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
As a researcher with between 12- and 24-months of experience, you will be committed to self-improvement and career development. In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with a career path in executive search either as a consultant or career researcher. You will work in state of the art offices and be well financially rewarded for your efforts.
