My client, a search firm based in Birmingham, is looking for an Executive search professional to join as a Senior Researcher. Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of C-level positions across all profitable industries.
On a day-to-day basis, you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will have the opportunity to:

- Work broadly across a diverse client portfolio but with a particular focus on supporting dynamic, listed and privately owned organisations.
- Play an integral part in the delivery of mandates with plenty of exposure and opportunity to learn
- See a clear path to promotion with the research function or within a specific practice area
- Work in a flexible system that can facilitate home working for 3 days per week
You will have at least 18 months of experience as a researcher within an Executive Search firm. This is a generalist role working across sectors including Industrials, Consumer, and Technology amongst others so the work will be continually interesting and rewarding.
You will be curious, bright, and operate with gravitas and confidence. Experience in any sector of Executive Search is welcomed if you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and develop your skills and the traits to be a successful team player.
