My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced Associate to join their Life Sciences practice, specifically working on global Research & Development roles.

You will have at least two years’ experience as a Researcher / Associate within Life Sciences executive search and be able to demonstrate significant technical and scientific understanding in order to succeed hiring for highly complex roles.

Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will support a Partner in their research, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, present candidates, manage them through the interview process and assist with offers.

You will have experience market mapping, headhunting, interviewing candidates and presenting shortlists to clients.

You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
