My client is a leading global organisational consulting business. The executive search business is keen to expand its large Industrial practice in London.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a Managing Partner and take responsibility for end-to-end execution of Board, CEO and C-suite searches.
- Identify, engage and assess potential candidates; report writing; manage client and candidate interactions; and support on business development efforts, pitch work and events.
- Collaborate across the search process to deliver high-quality search outcomes for retained mandates.
Qualifications
- Candidates must come from a retained executive search background, with demonstrable experience operating at Board and/or CEO level.
- Previous experience across Infrastructure, Services or Sports is desirable; the business also operates across manufacturing, automotive and aerospace sectors.
