My client is a leading global organisational consulting business. The executive search business is keen to expand its large Industrial practice in London.
They are seeking an experienced hire that will work closely with a Managing Partner whilst holding responsibility for end-to-end execution of Board, CEO and C-suite searches. This will include identifying, engaging, and assessing potential candidates, report writing, handling client and candidate interactions and supporting on business development efforts, pitch work and events.
Previous experience across Infrastructure, Services or Sports are desirable. The business also operates across manufacturing, automotive and aerospace to name a few. Candidates must come from a retained executive search background, with demonstrable experience operating at Board and/or CEO level work.
