My client, a high-growth, global executive search firm requires a Senior Associate to join their eSports, Gaming and Betting Practice. Supporting Consultants and a Partner, you will lead the research on retained mandates within the eSports, Gaming and Betting industries.

You’ll work on a broad range of C-level, Commercial and Operational mandates, identifying and attracting the best talent for clients in international locations. You will be a motivated and confident individual with a passion for Gaming and Sports. You will understand and be proud of the important role research and headhunting plays in the successful completion of mandates. Associates frustrated in a slow-moving executive search firm will work well in this environment.

Minimum of 3 years of research experience required, ideally in a related practice area. In return, you will work in a highly meritocratic organisation that develops Associates through Consultants and Partners, internationally.
