Overview Location: LondonDuration: PermanentReference: WR1049My client, a specialist search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Technology and Digital practice as a Senior Associate.Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this generalist role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior Tech & Digital leadership positions across Financial Services.Responsibilities Working closely with a consultant on briefs, long listing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, and managing interview processesAttending pitch meetings, client briefings and shortlist presentationsMarket mapping projects, salary/experience benchmarking exercises, writing market insight reportsQualifications You will have the opportunity to work closely with established Financial Services organisations as well as start-up FinTech firms with a worldwide reach.
