My client, a multi-sector recruitment business, is looking for a Manager to lead and develop their Procurement team. This is a well-established business and has a well-developed client and candidate base. As a billing manager, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as build new relationships in additional market sectors whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least five years’ previous experience within Procurement recruitment – ideally with some Team Leader or Management responsibility. You should be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward. Whilst management experience is ideal, recruiters with a strong track record and the right desire and ambition to be a leader will be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity where there is potential to continue the development of an already profitable desk and team to build something highly lucrative. The business is very successful in nurturing talent and being able to provide a career path that will lead to Director.
