I am working with a leading executive search firm who, by combining creativity and rigour, successfully support their private equity portfolio clients to achieve the recruitment of their most senior executives. This firm predominantly focuses on the appointment of Chairs, CEOs & CFOs; however, they also support their clients on the placement of other C-suite roles including NED, Managing Director, COO, CIO/CTO and Sales and Marketing Directors.
They are looking to make a number of hires in the beginning of 2022. One need is a Delivery Consultant to join the Technology practice. This role will be supporting the Partner with delivering mandates within the Technology & Tech-Enabled Business. The Partner is responsible for developing their network and presence across this arena, and the delivery consultant's remit will include the delivery of mandates and, in time, develop their own relationships.
The successful hire will preferably have experience working within a professional, retained search environment, preferably within Technology/TMT into Private Equity, although the Private Equity exposure is not essential. This client will also consider candidates from a contingent background who want to transition into a retained environment.
They are looking for polished, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy working in a more dynamic search environment than a traditional search firm. This is a very credible business with an excellent reputation and established business/infrastructure. They have a very generous remuneration package including an equity scheme and would give the successful hire invaluable exposure to experienced Partners.
