My client, an independent global multi-disciplinary executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Partner to build, develop and lead their Chief People Officer / HR practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful business with meaningful client relationships in Professional Services, Consumer, Technology and Private Equity built on a track record of successfully delivering C-level mandates.
A highly collaborative organisation, the other Partners are well-recognised market leaders with an ambition to grow the firm’s service offering. You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who can demonstrate a clear track record of success in CPO / HR executive search. You will have good knowledge and a relevant network of Board and C-level leaders across sectors.
With the support of SHREK-trained Partners, a dedicated and highly-trained research function and a well-funded and enthusiastic back office, this is an opportunity to develop from originating Principal or Consultant into a £1m+ biller.
