Our tier one client is looking for Associates for their Schools practice. This practice works with some of the most prestigious schools and universities across the world, having recently completed searches in the US, Canada, HK, and SE Asia.
As an associate, you will support the partner and consultant with quality research and continuously expand the knowledge pool of likely future candidates and emerging companies. You will be efficient at establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates as well as internally.
The successful hire will be joining a great team with 4 fee earners, headed up by an experienced Partner who has an amazing reputation within the industry. All those who work with him see him as a strong mentor and leader.
The successful hire will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within Executive Search as a Researcher or Associate. Academics are very important for this role as there is a lot of academic writing within this role, which has to be accurate first time every time. My client will pay a very strong base and bonus.
