I am working with an award winning client who are a global contingent, search and advisory business firm with successful FS and Technology teams. The technology team is expanding from 10 to 15 people. The team is diverse and supports flexible working from home. It includes both permanent and contract recruiters who work across large accounts in media, retail, hospitality and the public sector, and they are positioned to handle upcoming IR35 changes.

The candidate will be a 360 recruiter who can develop business and manage warm accounts; the focus is on all non-technical technology roles from BA/PM through to CIO and CTO levels. Responsibilities
  • Operate as a 360 recruiter, developing business and managing warm client accounts.
  • Work across non-technical technology roles from BA/PM to CIO/CTO.
  • Collaborate with both perm and contract/interim recruiters across large accounts in media, retail, hospitality and the public sector.
Qualifications
  • 12–18 months within any sales environment; motivated to stay in sales and achieve strong earnings.
  • Recruitment or tech recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn new spaces with the right attitude and complete training.
