The Opportunity
Researchers play a central role in identifying and engaging outstanding leaders for senior roles in education.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth market and candidate research.
- Building detailed candidate profiles and assessing alignment with client needs.
- Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Supporting the full search process with accuracy and attention to detail.
A background of at least 12 months in research within recruitment or executive search is required. Experience in the education sector is not essential but a genuine interest in it is key. The job title will reflect experience level.
