My client is a multi-award winning, global business with expertise across Banking and FS, Secretarial and HR. They are hiring across a number of teams and are particularly looking for a Manager for the C&I Perm Finance Team. This is a great opportunity; the role will benefit from a wide and extensive client list with strong existing relationships across C&I and FS.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of recruitment experience and will preferably have management experience, although this is not a prerequisite. There is a relaxed meritocratic and fun environment within the office. Once the successful hire has proven themselves they will be allowed to work flexibly if appropriate; 20% of the business do so. You will have exposure to Heads of roles and work on roles up to £130k. The client is experiencing a strong period of success and has ambitious growth plans.
