My client, a global executive search firm based in Central London, is looking to grow its senior level offering by appointing a Consultant to work in the CDO/CTO space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead retained executive search assignments in the CDO/CTO space, with a global remit and a track record of winning C-suite roles.
- Lead Associates within Digital and Technology, with the opportunity to develop a new practice area and report to Partners.
- Operate in a candidate-centric, retained assignment environment; pitch for and win retained mandates and grow your professional network in a focused and methodical fashion.
- Develop and manage top-tier clients within executive search, driving growth for the team through business development and origination, and lead with strong leadership and staff development.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in retained executive search, with a track record of winning C-suite roles and operating with a global remit.
- Proven ability to develop, lead and manage clients and teams; strong leadership, motivation, and collaboration within a wider business model.
