My client, an International Specialist Recruitment firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to win and deliver Interim Finance professionals into their existing client base. You should have significant experience partnering with Blue Chip organisations and Professional Services firms in the UK and Europe that are going through a period of transformation, delivering solutions to their recruitment projects.
You will be placing Finance professionals on day rates between Β£500/Β£1500 and understand the importance of both client and candidate relationships. The most important thing is that you are able to communicate effectively at a senior level, committed to providing a quality service and driven to make money.
My client expects their Recruiters to offer a truly consultative approach and in return they can offer an autonomous and mature environment working alongside inspirational directors on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into a consultative environment who wants to get away from working in an overly target driven, salesy environment.
