I am partnering with a global Executive Search company dedicated to the Professional & Technology Services industry, that is currently in the process of hiring an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex and strategically important search mandates.
This hire would join an existing global team of 65 consultants that offer executive search, interim management and resourcing services to their clients. With the business being under continuous expansion, this will be a great opportunity for an individual to demonstrate both standardize quality of delivery across all areas, as well as upskill and train the research function.
This individual is going to be responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day support to the team on multiple dimensions, using delivery platform to originate new revenue opportunities, both retained search work and tactical introductions, with a view to generating personal annual billings of £150k+.
In the past, successful applicants have had tracked record in delivery of executive search services, strong alignment within Professional Services & Technology and prior experience in operational leadership.
