My client, a growing global executive search firm with offices in Central London, is looking to grow its senior level offering by appointing a CFO Consultant to partner with investment firms, their portfolio companies and those public companies going through transformation.
You will have considerable experience working in a retained search environment, winning and delivering CFO roles with a global remit and ideally leading Associates within the PE / VC space. You will work directly with a highly successful Partner and have a clear route to becoming one.
Responsibilities
- Work within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment and contribute to the success of the business.
- Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates, and grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion.
- Develop, lead and manage top tier clients within executive search, driving growth for yourself and your team through business development and origination.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, drive and commitment to earn fees, with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop staff.
- Collaborate with Investment firms and understand the challenges clients going through transformation growth face.
- Work with industry leaders in a global organisation and pursue a career path in executive search, including potential opportunities in the UK or abroad.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retained executive search environment, specifically delivering CFO roles with a global remit.
- Track record of developing, leading and managing top tier clients within executive search.
- Experience working with Investment firms and an understanding of transformation challenges faced by clients.
- Strong leadership, team development and business development skills with a desire to be a dynamic team player.
