My client is a prestigious, global executive search firm based in Central London. They require an Associate to work closely with an experienced Consultant and exceptional Partner in their Industrials Practice. This role operates in a candidate-centric, retained assignment environment and is key to the delivery of all assignments.
Responsibilities
- Attend client briefings and map target companies within the Industrials sector.
- Develop understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate.
- Identify appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls, and network with industry sources.
- Support the delivery of assignments across Energy, Mining, Chemicals, Automotive, Industrial Technology and Aerospace domains.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Up to 5 years of experience as a researcher or in a related role.
- Excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels; self-confident and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and be trained toward a Principal role; aim to specialise in Global Industrials roles at Managing Director level and above.
