My client, a leading search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Financial Services practice as an Associate. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Insurance and Consumer Finance organisations with a worldwide reach - playing an integral part in the delivery of C- and Board level roles.

Working within a candidate centric, search to search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior leadership positions. On a day to day basis you will target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least three years of experience working in a retained environment. You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
